so today i was on xanga and people posted mad mean comments about me and my band and some people said we were ugly?! what can we do to show them were not ugly and that were beautiful people??!?!??!

The only person there I would consider "hot" is the person standing next to you with the microphone (third from left). The rest of you aren't ugly...but I wouldn't call you "hot" either. Of course, if you guys have a great sound, looks shouldn't matter all that much. The JosBros are pretty popular right now, but in 20 years, where will they be? Boy bands always break up (no offense) and though they're talented, music changes really fast. They're sound is not very versatile. However, look at bands like Aerosmith (who still rocks- abajillion years later), and NKOTB (who just got back together)- none of the member, in my opinion are, "hot", but they are extremely popular even now...

First off, the Jonas Brothers suck and it's incredible that anyone likes them.

Second, trying to be like someone else got no one anywhere because people don't look for clones, they look for originality.

You also won't become famous with that attitude. If you aren't comfortable in your current skin, then you most likely never will be happy with yourself.

You need to be confident and happy with who you are and let that shine through. People's opinions shouldn't matter to you like that. Either way, you are fine the way you are and don't let what others think of you get in the way.
