| Which bank......................? | |||||
|
...would you recommend? I'm with Bank of America right now, but I'm not too happy with their service. They tend to be rather rude and very arrogant. I got this $50 offer in the mail if I open an account with Wells Fargo, but I've heard horror stories about that bank... Do you think I should give Citibank a try, even though it's not doing so well? I've dealt with Chase before, and they just don't give a damn about you as a customer (just like Bank of America). So what do you think? I do quite a bit of traveling, so I don't think a community bank would be good... =/ Wells Fargo (or any bank for that matter) isn't that bad, if you know how to handle a bank account (ie. keeping an accurate balance with your ledger). If you don't mind mainly using online banking, you should go with U.S. Bank. (They aren't in California YET, but are expanding as fast as they can.) If you use checking and savings they have these new Five Star packages that include both, and you don't need to keep a minimum balance in either. I'm happy with their service, they guarantee it! If you have deposits you can use an ATM or mail it in. Source(s):www.usbank.com Online banking is the new thing now. You'll save on service charges that goes towards overheads (like tellers). ING Direct comes to mind and I think HSBC just went online as well.
